Each citizen will receive an online medical record and a biometric I-Peach™ to store their records so if they are in an accident or overseas they can still access their records.
Children and youth will build their medical records at school and then reverse mentor 2 adults who may be using technology for the first time. A Certificate of IT Healthcare will be awarded to each child completing the set up of 3 online medical records. Schools, faith-based and community groups will provide practical support so that within 18 months every citizen has an online medical record.
Prosperity Studios has raised humanitarian funds to transform healthcare in Turkey and the Government of Turkey, bankers and private sector will be providing a guarantees.
Creating a 21st century healthcare system will also support Turkey’s ambitions to gain membership of the EC.
