June 13, 2009 - The Alpharetta Community Bank is proud to announce that President Lou Douglass will succeed John Rasper as chairman of the board of directors for the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce.
“The Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce is one of Atlanta’s leading economic drivers, renowned for the caliber of its team, involvement in the community and business performance,” Douglass says. “I am greatly looking forward to taking up chairmanship in 2010.”
With 39 years of banking experience, Douglass has been with the Buckhead Community Family of Banks since 2001, and President of the Alpharetta branch since 2004.
He is also past president of the Northside Business Association and the North DeKalb Rotary Club, past director of the Atlanta Athletic Club and a member of the Community Bankers Association of Georgia.
“This is an exciting time to showcase all of the great things that are happening here in North Fulton,” Douglass says. “In 2010, we look forward to continued growth and more community involvement from this team.”
