Many international business opportunities exist for American businesses during the upcoming 2010 World Cup in South Africa. American sports CEO Nichelle speaks to international guest at Harvard business conference.

(1888PressRelease) February 12, 2008 - LOCAL CEO GOES BACK TO SCHOOL TO EDUCATE STUDENTS AND BUSINESS OWNERS AT HARVARD

Nichelle Gainey, CEO, president and founder of Silverstone International a sports management firm based in Birmingham has been a student as of late—learning directly from businessmen and Heads of State in South Africa and Europe about doing business in South Africa for the 2010 World Cup. That all changes February 15-17, 2008 when the student becomes the teacher; Gainey will join scholars, economists and business owners at Harvard University’s 10th annual Africa Business Conference to discuss business trends and the World Cup in Africa.

Gainey will be a part of a distinguished panel on South Africa and the 2010 World Cup http://www.hbsafricaconference.com/custpage.cfm/frm/15069/sec_id/15069. Joining Gainey on the panel are Tshepo Mahloele, CEO and Founder, Harith Fund Managers and Sthu Zungu, President of South African Tourism USA. According to Gainey, “the Africa Business Conference is an important “think tank” because in an ever changing global economic society, business all over the world are seeking to better understand the trends and developments that impact their productivity and bottom lines—particularly in light of China’s influence on the world economic stage and America’s shifting fortunes. Further, Africa’s growing economies and new economic reforms, plus the hosting of 2010 World Cup in South Africa mean opportunities for infrastructure and economic development for American business.”

Silverstone International, LLC is one of a few American sports marketing companies recognized by FIFA and the South African Local Organizing Committee for participation in the 2010 World Cup in Johannesburg, South Africa.
