May 15, 2009 - ACI’s sales team, based in Dubai, received an urgent request to source an aircraft for dignitaries and guests of the embassy. The route covered three different destinations within the Middle East and Northern Africa Region. The clientele were high profile and the timeline was urgent.
The ACI team was up to the challenge and started work immediately on sourcing the correct aircraft with the range and seating capacity for the charter. With the routes and preferred aircraft type changing often, as per the clients’ request, the team’s focus was continuously shifted. A short two hours and many fact finding phone calls later, the ACI team had effectively used the consultative approach to finding a solution and the executive charter flight had been finalized in record time.
