February 01, 2007 - DATELINE: NEWTON AND NORWOOD, MA…Agreement Resources, LLC , providers of conflict resolution skills trainings and private mediation services for professionals, families, businesses and communities will offer two conflict resolution skills trainings for nurses.
Agreement Resources, LLC “Conflict Resolution Skills Training” classes will be held on March 27 and April 25, 2007, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Walker Center, 171 Grove Street in Newton, Mass. Both will offer five Nursing Continuing Education Credits.
“Conflict Resolution Skills Training” classes are recommended for nurses who work with multiple family members who are involved in making difficult decisions.
Nurses will be trained to:
• Facilitate multi-party decision-making
• Work with family members with strong emotions
• Build conflict resolution skills
These continuing nursing education workshops are approved by the Massachusetts Association of Registered Nurses, Inc., an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
The fee for each class (which includes a continental breakfast and lunch) is $195 when registration is received six weeks in advance. Thereafter, the registration fee is $225.
