January 04, 2009 - New York, NY - The speaker agenda has been finalized for iDate2009, the 5th Annual Internet Dating Industry and Matchmaking Industry event. The event will focus on generating revenue and adapting to the current market. Ticonderoga Ventures, Inc. retained Courtland Brooks, a boutique marketing consulting that focuses on the internet dating industry, to recruit an almost all-CEO cast at this years conference and handle media relations for the event.
Changes in the financial markets have caused concern among the online dating industry's major CEOs. It has also created some levels of growth in the industry as well.
The conference agenda's focus this year will be on adapting to the current market. Several of the online dating industry's most noteable CEOs will discuss their strategies moving forward, which include marketing and acquisitions.
In addition, the agenda contains two separate pre-event sessions; an Introduction to the Online Dating Industry provided by Mark Brooks, publisher of Online Personals Watch and principal of Courtland Brooks, and a Matchmaker Event provided by Julie Ferman, CEO of Cupid's Coach.
The iDate 2009 Miami event will also have an idea generation session, similar to the iDate2007 Miami event. The idea session was considered critical to many online personals executives. It opened up new ways of thinking to generate revenue for an online dating site. The top consultants in the industry will provide revenue producing ideas for the current market.
Casual dating, a rapidly growing sector, will also be discussed at the event, with the top two executives in the industry also discussing acquisition strategies.
It has been the goals of the Internet Dating Conference over the last 5 years to provide senior dating industry executives education, ideas, insight and networking to identify new opportunities, gain higher levels of traffic and revenue.
The conference also coincides with the Social Networking Conference, taking place also at the Miami Beach Convention Center on the same days. Those that register to one event are able to attend both.
