Usually they are required to phone up a premium rate number and in most cases today speak to someone in a different country that you can hardly understand and they cannot understand you. Most people that use these services understand that you usually come of the phone more confused and angry then you started, and the problem is still not solved!!.
This is where adamsdvds.co.uk comes in we are set up in such a way that you are able to pay a monthly subscription for which there are different tariffs so that there is an option for everyone and one that is affordable for everyone.
How the service works Once signed up:
1. You have a problem!
2. You fill in a Simple Ticket at adamsdvds.co.uk giving us as much information about the problem as you can,
3. Wait for a response (response time will depend on the tariff you selected )
4. We look over the Submitted Ticket and Give you advice and/or walk you through the solution via very simple step by step instructions. ( or in the event that we require more information we will ask for that and tell you exactly how to find this information to give us)
So as you can see we help you every step of the way, even if the event comes when we cannot help we will give you the best advice we can as what you need to do, where you need to go, what you need to ask for, or even what to say if need be.
We are also thinking about using Remote Desktop to actually control the customers PC when they need help so that they don't have to do a thing except let us do our job and make you/there life as simple as it can be.
