December 15, 2006 - Any work without feedback loses its importance. Positive or negative one should be ready to face the feedback for the work done. When you get the feedback, there are lots of advantages.
We might think that we are perfect in our work, and feel that we can complete the work perfectly or deal with a person properly; however, a third person, or the person receiving our services or interacting with us would know where we lack. This feedback system would allow us not only to correct our lacking, but also not to repeat them.
The essential thing is this feedback system is that we should remember that feedback is not to point out mistakes but an experience to slowly learn from them, and has to be taken with an open mind and positive attitude.
Admiz also accepts the concept of feedback system, and promotes it for its members so that they accept it and climb the ladders of success. Admiz believes that even though a freelancer who offers his services and works by his own or the entrepreneur who has the freedom to give the project or not, should undergo appraisal.
The positive appraisal would get them new work and placements while the negative ones would help them learn from these, and correct one. With this idea, Admiz.com introduces New Feedback Stars system, a very easy system to understand used in ranking an Admiz member.
The Admiz members receive the Feedback Stars when they achieve 5 or more feedback points. The point table is as follows:
1. If you receive a positive comment and rating, you gain +1 in your feedback score.
2. If you receive a neutral comment and rating, you would score no points in your feedback score.
3. If you receive a negative comment and rating, you would score -1 point in your feedback score.
4. You would be awarded a feedback star when you get 5 points in your score.
Let’s see what Admiz feedback stars indicate:
For feedback points between 5 and 10, it is Yellow Star. From 11 to 25, you get blue star. You get Turquoise star for points from 26 to 49. Purple star is given for points from 50 to 100 points. For points from 101 to 124, you get red star, and green star is given for points above 125.
Higher the feedback, higher is the score, and that shows the member’s efficiency in their work.
