  • (1888PressRelease) November 19, 2015 - Addmen's Enhanced Campus Automation System (ECAS) has several features or modules that have made the running of all administration duties of a campus easy and efficient. One of the new modules in the system is time-table management. This software creates timetables automatically as per the requirements of the institute.

The time-table comes with a panel where one has to define name of the class, no. of periods per day, periods during weekdays, periods during first half and second half, etc. Details like number of subjects, names of faculty members and their availability are also included. Once all these information along with class-section-weekday-period combination are added, the software generates a time-table automatically.

The highlight of this software is that it does not make any mistakes like repetition of a subject on a particular day or perhaps too much load on one faculty member. The software makes sure that the workload is evenly distributed among all the faculty members. It is also easy to edit or make changes in the time-table.

The time-tables are available in different formats and can be viewed in different ways. The software shows it class-wise and subject-wise. One can also view it in PDF format as well as take printouts of the same for distribution or display.

Apart from the time-table module, ECAS also possesses various other modules that are useful for smooth administration of the educational institute which includes enquiry and admission, attendance, fee management, test report management, etc. ECAS is a software that is used by several educational institutes, be it schools, colleges, universities and coaching classes, all over the country.
