April 27, 2009 - World Tai Chi & Qigong Day will be celebrated on Saturday, May 2 at Acupuncture & Massage College. This year, activities are scheduled from 10 am to 2 pm on AMC’s campus, located at 10506 N. Kendall Drive, Miami.

World Tai Chi & Qigong Day will see people in over 80 countries gather to practice these disciplines and to educate the public about the benefits of such practice.
Tai Chi is believed to boost the immune system, slow the aging process, lower high blood pressure, relieve stress, and to improve balance and coordination.
