July 25, 2008 - ActionCOACH, the world’s number one business coaching firm hosted its annual North American Conference recently in Las Vegas, Nevada. Member franchises from the US, Canada, and Mexico attended the week-long event that culminated in an awards dinner to honor the company’s highest performers. ActionCOACH of Central Pennsylvania was selected to receive the company’s Firm of the Year award; the second consecutive year the firm snared that top honor.
The firm has seven senior ActionCOACH Business Coaches led by Managing CEO Marcia Rynearson. The award recognizes consistent excellence across multiple metrics, including revenue and client growth, profitability, and client success. ActionCOACH founder and CEO Brad Sugars presented the award and introduced the team members.
“Marcia’s team was at or near the top of the leader board in every category, and that consistency was also reflected in the results attained by their clients,” he said.
Each senior ActionCOACH on the Central Pennsylvania team is a successful entrepreneur with years of management experience. Although every ActionCOACH has his or her own clients, they can also leverage the diverse backgrounds and talents of other ActionCOACH Business Coaches to better serve their clients, whether that Coach is part of a local team or one of the more than 1,000 Coaches worldwide.
In accepting the award, Rynearson thanked her team.
“We have a great team, and I want to recognize each of our senior coaches: Paul Currie, Brian Dombach, Thom Finn, Tim Rooney, Graham Side, and Jeff Witmers,” she said. “We also have a deep bench of Associate ActionCOACH Business Coaches that are growing into senior roles, and a strong support staff without whom we would not be as successful.”
