November 04, 2009 - Michael Feinner, President of the Colorado region for ActionCOACH, today announced international business executive Daniel A. MacKenzie as regional Accountability Coach.
MacKenzie brings to his position over 23 years of experience in domestic and international business in operations, product branding, consumer marketing and new business development, working with a variety of businesses in multiple industries. MacKenzie served in key and evolutionary roles for major media and entertainment brands in the USA and held executive management positions abroad for companies he helped to create and develop.
Daniel continues to leverage his 23 years of experience and contacts in the domestic and international marketplace. He works with a variety of clients in multiple industries for organizations seeking a proven record of success in the establishment and development of a North American business presence and expansion globally. He has worked extensively in entertainment, foreign trade and international commerce and continues to maintain an active relationship with senior level Trade Representatives within the international community.
MacKenzie will work closely with the ActionCOACH Colorado team of coaches and firm owners to hold them accountable for their actions in achieving their goals. The coach obligation is to accept responsibility for their activities and disclose their results in a transparent manner. The power of “Accountability” is one of the most powerful aspects of the coaching relationship and process, and is an integral part in supporting a person in achieving their desired outcomes. Just as ActionCOACH coaches hold their clients accountable for achieving the goals and objectives in their plans in order to achieve success, MacKenzie will provide the same level of accountability for the ActionCOACH Colorado team.
He will work closely with the 14 ActionCOACH regional coaches in assessing their respective businesses, client’s base, operations and processes with the goal of contributing to the Coaches’ continued expansion, progress practices and resources.
