A.w. Perry Announces Street Renaming At South Shore Park In Hingham by A.W. Perry

A.W. Perry, the developers of South Shore Park in Hingham, recently announced that the portion of “Industrial Park Road” between the Derby Street entrance of South Shore Park and “Pond Park Road” has been designated as part of “Pond Park Road.”

(1888PressRelease) May 31, 2007 - In conjunction with the renaming, several building addresses were changed as follows:

• 15 Industrial Park Road is now 1 Pond Park Road
• 25 Industrial Park Road is now 3 Pond Park Road
• 1 Pond Park Road is now 4 Pond Park Road, which is also home to
A.W. Perry’s South Shore offices.
• The vacant land parcel at the front entrance of the park (a Build-to-Suit development opportunity) is now 2 Pond Park Road.

All other addresses on Industrial Park Road remain unchanged. To eliminate confusion, A.W. Perry has posted signs in front of the affected buildings which reflect both their current and former addresses.

South Shore Park offers commercial, office and research space conveniently located off Route 3, Exit 15. It is located 15 miles from downtown Boston and six miles from Route 128. Currently there are build-to-suit development opportunities as well as leasing opportunities available.
