The idea behind this new extension of the Cleland & Souchet retail concept came from the company’s realization that the typical hotel gift and souvenir shop was increasingly out of touch with the high standards of Malta’s leading hotels and the calibre of clients they are attracting.
So they focused on creating a new retail concept that would combine some of their own world leading brands with the very best ambassadors of Maltese craftsmanship and heritage. These include exclusive collections from The Maltese Silver Collection (manufacturers of authentic Maltese artefacts and souvenirs in 925 Sterling silver) and Mdina Glass (leading manufacturers of Maltese decorative glassware).
