How to Have a Facial Steam
1. Fill a bowl with hot water. Depending on the size of the bowl, add up to 2 tablespoons of the each herb or one to two drops of each essential oil
2. Apply lip balm to your lips, protecting the sensitive skin
3. Lean over the bowl and cover your head with a towel.
4. Only steam your face for five minutes when you first begin to use facial steaming, but this can gradually be extended to ten minutes. Very sensitive skin should not exceed five minutes.
Immediately after steaming your face, either splash on cold water to close the pores or apply a mask onto your moist skin to nourish skin.
