Well, a French court looked at all the evidence presented by the USADA and found Landis guilty, banning him for 2 years from professional cycling and took away his Tour de France title.
Spanish rider Oscar Pereiro who came in second place will be the new Tour de France title holder, he’s just waiting for the official announcement, even Pereiro admits that this is not the way you want to win any competition.
Floyd Landis still has a chance to present an appeal he has a month to think about it, but he will have to invest a lot of money on this appeal if he goes thru with it , given that he’s not able to compete he can’t earn money for the time being by cycling.
Well, only time will tell if he goes for the appeal if he’s guilty or innocent.
