(1888PressRelease)
June 11, 2007 - A completely new way of viewing web pages is now possible.
NexaTools has launched a new and unique tool to browse content from web pages in a form that has not been possible until now.
The tool is called InfoCenter and allows the user to mix content of many different web sites into the same overview. Not on individual tab pages or browser windows, but mixed in the same view.
Each piece of content can be configured to be refreshed at a selected interval. It is even possible to select which part of each web page the user wishes to monitor.
This means, that the user can configure the content with a part that shows the headlines from a news site, another part of the screen can show the local weather report and yet another part can show stock market updates for instance.
Each piece of content with individual refresh rates.
Jesper R. Hansen, partner in NexaTools says:
“The idea for this product was based on the fact that I found myself browsing a handful of websites every morning, checking specific content about news, weather and traffic and so on. But instead of having to visit a number of the same websites every day I have now created a “morning” overview in InfoCenter and I am now immediately presented with the exact content from each of the websites in the same overview. And I can set it up so I only see the parts of each site that I’m actually interested in. Commercials and non-relevant links are history.”
This is just one way of using the tool, others find it very useful for monitoring stock markets and news during the day and some are even using the InfoCenter to continually monitor equipment with web-interfaces, where the possibility of combining content from different websites into the same overview and having it automatically refreshed is very useful.
