In this context, 2daysbestrates would like to define few other essential terminologies. For instance, ‘prime’ rate refers to the rate charged by all banks. It does not change frequently. It changes when top thirty banks of 3/4th countries of the world decide. Similarly, ‘subprime’ usually used for borrowers, those who have poor credit rating. So, we see the existence of subprime lenders. These people exist to lend money to borrowers. Since, these people take higher risk so they charges higher interest rate as well.
One more popular term is ‘lending’. It is the incident which happens when one party/business man lends money to another for the defined time period at the specified rate of interest.
You get mortgage broker versatility with big bank pricing. More importantly however, because you are dealing with a mortgage bank you are going to get the best service available. We are not about trying to cross-sell products or generate depositors. We need to get it right and do it better than the folks next door. Without deep relationship mortgage banking, we would be dead in competing with the big banks that will stop at nothing to keep existing business or take business by force. By force I mean ridiculous terms. Ridiculous in that they could only be offered through government subsidy.
