Jamaal Al-Din a native of Grand Rapids, Michigan, attended Mountain Home High School in Idaho and led the state in scoring for Ed Palubinskas-developer of "The Smartball" advertised on ESPN and NFL Network.
"It's great to see Coach Knight who recruited former Indiana Hoosiers (and Ottawa hills High School in Grand Rapids, MI) player Andre Harris from Grand Rapids, show his moves, said Al-Din. "All my aunts and uncles attended Ottawa Hills High School, so there's kind of a connection. I like the part in the YouTube video where Coach Knight throws the chair about 22.7 miles!"

Ed Palubinskas, Jamaal Al-Din's High School basketball coach played NCAA basketball for Dale Brown at LSU and set scoring records in Olympic basketball while playing for the Australia National Team. He also attended BYU-Idaho (formerly Ricks College)!
"The coaches really let it all hang out, they got down, and I'm sure Guitar Hero: Metallica will be tremendous with sales," said Jamaal. "It would have been cool to see Coach Knight jump on top of a table with his guitar!"
