December 08, 2007 - Serena Phillips of The Family Review Center announced today that the self-help series, by Playdate Kids Publishing, has been chosen as a winner of the prestigious Gold Award, at the Family Review & Award Center.
“The series offers a compassionate, in depth look at situations children face or may face in life, at a very young age. Mom having to go to the hospital, the birth of a new sibling, the loss of a pet… These topics and many more are covered in a beautifully illustrated and well written book series that will help children be able to deal with what life hands them, in a positive manner.” Serena shared.
This self help series, by Playdate Kids Publishing was a big success at The Family Review Center. Award Judge Kari said “We found this book series to be priceless. The help it can bring to children nationwide is enormous, and the books are beautifully written and illustrated… The judges greatly enjoyed every moment.”
The review team member who reviewed the series, also agreed with the award judges, that the Playdate Kids Publishing, self help series, is excellent. Saying “This series covers all of the negative aspects a child can face, but in such a positive manner – I think it is great!”
