Comic Collector Live, the revolutionary comic book website and software, is preparing to supercharge the comic book business with its soon to be launched Live Market. But the creator of the system, Joe Butler, wants every comic book enthusiast to have access to real live data.
So the company is offering several ways for comic book websites to “liven” up their pages starting with the most sought after comic book issues!
“We are offering the Top 10 Most Wanted list live to any comic book website”, says Butler. As comic book readers build a wish list and search for popular issues the list changes. As of this morning the top issue was Amazing Spiderman #1, and the number one title was Captain America (who vaulted to the top of the list with his demise just weeks ago).

CCL will be offering a variety of LIVE content including its entire comic book database which contains hundreds of thousands of issues including covers and information such as author, inker, event, variants and more.
Currently the database is available to online users, but Butler’s vision is to offer the information to the entire comic book niche.
“I love collecting and reading comic books. I’m for anything that helps promote the enjoyment of the hobby and adds to the growth of the industry,” added Butler.
When LIVE MARKET debuts, Comic Collector Live will also make available its Live Ticker- with comic book prices in real time. “Imagine the stock exchange but instead of stock quotes you’ll see the latest comic book values crawling across your computer screen or viewed on your favorite comic book site,” says Butler.
