"Bangkok Trend 2012-13" Workshop for Thai manufacturers to prepare new collections for BIFF&BIL 2011
"Bangkok Trend 2012-13" workshop was organized by The Department of Export Promotion, Ministry of Commerce to support manufacturers and designers in the fashion industry as part of the upcoming BIFF&BIL 2011 trade fair.
- (1888PressRelease) February 14, 2011 - Mr. Vuthichai Duangratana, Deputy Director-General of The Department of Export Promotion, Ministry of Commerce, recently presided over the opening of the "Bangkok Trend 2012-13" workshop, which was organized by DEP in cooperation with Kasetsart University to support manufacturers and designers in the fashion industry as part of the upcoming BIFF&BIL 2011 trade fair and to enhance Thailand's potential to become the ASEAN fashion hub.
New collections developed from the workshop will be selected for the fashion shows at BIFF&BIL 2011, which will be held on April 20 - 24, 2011 in Challenger Halls 2 & 3 at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani.
